Hailing from Brazil and with hairdressing in his blood, Decio has been drawn to styling since sweeping the floors in his parents’ hairdressing salon.
A cool cat with an artistic mind, he is inspired by the colourful culture of his home country Brazil to the street style of London, creating a cut that works with your natural hair and personal style. Since learning his skill as an honourary family apprentice, Decio has refined his craft in high-end salons from São Paulo to London, settling in Tauranga to craft hair that celebrates each client’s individuality.

Chelsea trained in premium salons in Canada, perfecting an easy, undone style. Forever chasing the sun, Chelsea was drawn to a relaxed coastal lifestyle and we’re lucky to have her at Gato Loco. Her love of holistic wellness inspires Chelea’s looser cutting style, and freehand balayage for sun-kissed, quietly luxurious colour. Chelsea’s colour and cutting are down to earth and, while she makes it look easy, it takes considered attention to create her effortless style.
